Annual dues for the 2023-2024 fiscal year will be assessed July 1, 2023 and become payable starting that date. 
If you do not receive an assessment or have any questions please contact us at m24news@yahoo.com. Dues not
in the Association’s mailbox by September 1st become delinquent, and a ten percent ($62) late fee will be
added to the amount owing. The Association does not accept partial payment.  Late checks not including the fee
will be returned with a request for full payment, i.e., including the fee.
